About SI Calistoga
Soroptimist International of Calistoga was chartered on June 16, 1956. We meet ten months out of the year; we are dark July and August. Our meetings are held every Wednesday at 11:30 AM at All Seasons Bistro, 1400 Lincoln Avenue, Calistoga.
To be eligible to be invited to membership, a woman should be working in a profession or business or other occupation of comparable status or responsibility. Recently retired or women temporarily or permanently out of work from a profession or business, and those embarking on a career are also eligible. Click here for more information about membership.
Soroptimist International is made up of four federations. Our federation is SI of the Americas (SIA). The Southwest Pacific, Europe, and Great Britain and Ireland make up the other three.
Each federation is comprised of regions. Our region is named the Founder Region because Soroptimist originated in Oakland, California.
Each region is comprised of districts. Founder Region has six districts covering most of Northern California, Hawai'i and Guam.
Each district is comprised of a number of clubs. Our club, Soroptimist International of Calistoga is in District III.
